I just got a revelation and know that it is only God that revealed it to me. Although it was out of the mouth of someone, I guarantee you that it was birth in the heart of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Praise and worship is not a time for the church to be entertained by whoever is leading that moment. Praise is the blessing of the Lord and His magnificent work from the people, while worship is the psalms of the people to the Lord. Get with it, I donýt want anyone to get lost in the midst of this, it is very important that we all get this! A praise and worship leader is not a singer! We may have a few singers who so happen to be a praise and worship leader but they are all not singers. A praise and worship leader is one who is WILLING and able to lead Godýs people to a state in which God and only God is in the presence. We are quick to say we are ushering in the spirit of Lord in, well if God isnýt already in the church then we have a serious problem. ýIýll give you time to sit and think about that.ý We all have to understand that the spirit of the most high is always there, but it is part of the Praise and Worship team to help lead the mind of the congregation to realize what the spirit of the Lord is saying, what the spirit of the Lord is doing and needs to be done at that moment in time. ýCome on somebody.ý Some of you may not catch on to what I am saying, but all I need for you to do is get a general idea. God will do the rest.



Note this when I tell you that ýNO PRAISE AND WORSHIP LEADER CANNOT TAKE YOU WHERE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN!ý No way possible, and the leader cannot try to step into a new level at the same time as the people he/she is leading. What if the leader becomes fearful, filled with conviction, fails to recognize what state of the Holy Ghost they are in; there will be nothing that they can do for the congregation! A ýPowerý A.K.A. ýPraise and Worshipý Leader could be a dancer, preacher, singer, musician, and believe it or not, even someone with a testimony. Once you are able to lead people to another state in the spirit, you are a leader!

I NEED YOU TO GET THIS RIGHT HERE! The time the Power Leader is working for the Lord is not the time for them to be in personal worship. This is why all Power Leaders need to live the life 100%; we need to be in the word like weýre in our clothes! This is vital to the performance in our time of leadershipýif we are in the level that we are required to be, it wouldnýt be so hard to usher the people. If the congregation has doubt in your position in God, then they will definitely have doubt in following your lead in worship! I need you to understand what I am saying; I am not saying to act like you have it togetherý that will never work. I am saying that Power Leaders need to get it together and be in such an anointed level in God that when they lead, it is so powerful that every note they sing, or every word they speak, move they dance, key they play gives and effect as if God is the one doing it, as if you see the spirit of the Lord take over the service. ýHmm, I know that 9 out of 10 people who get to read this will not get it. Iým so sorry.ý We cannot be sloppy in doing works for God, do you not know that the Bible does speak about that. We will be cursed if we do anything, not only praise and worship, sloppily for God. I want this thing to get into the hearts and minds of the ones who decides to do Praise and Worship. I want us to realize that we are taking people lives into our hands partially. We are the nurses that prep the patients right before the doctor comes in and do his job. We are the ones in the ER checking their stats and giving them temporary pain relievers until the doctor can see them. We are the ones checking them into operating room, testing the machines, hooking them up so that their ready to be operated on. So donýt take this lightly! I wish I can make it any more clear, but this is what I got and is giving to you!
